The groundbreaking ceremony took place at the location of the facility and featured speeches by individuals such as Larry McManus, the Director of Texas Business and Community Development; Carmen Bodden, the Vice President and General Manager of CertainTeed Roofing; Bobby Gutierrez, the Mayor of Bryan; Duane Peters, the Brazos County Judge; and Jill Betters, the Director of Strategy and Business Development at CertainTeed Roofing.
