Banton Village in Navassa, North Carolina, has moved from construction into leasing, welcoming its first residents earlier this year. Located roughly 10 miles from Wilmington, North Carolina, this build-to-rent (BTR) community features 68 single-family homes. It was built by Center Park Group as general contractor partner for Maymont Homes.

Now leasing at Banton Village

Contacted by Construction Review Online, Maymont Homes confirmed that Banton Village is now actively leasing, with four floor plans currently available and move-in ready. The community welcomed its first residents earlier this year, and a fully furnished model home is now open for tours.

According to Maymont Homes, residents enjoy thoughtfully designed homes featuring spacious open floor plans, large fenced yards on generously sized homesites, stainless steel energy-efficient appliances, in-home washers and dryers, and oversized walk-in closets.

A growing Carolina portfolio

Banton Village is the latest addition to a growing portfolio of successful Carolina projects where Center Park Group has served as the general contractor partner for Maymont Homes. Previous collaborations include Surfside Retreat in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, Pinewind at Liberty Hall in Goose Creek, South Carolina, and Hanahan Commons in Hanahan, South Carolina.
