The 80-story condominium tower, developed by Mast Capital, is not yet at its final height; it will top out at approximately 950 feet upon structural completion. The project is designed by Arquitectonica, one of Miami’s most internationally recognised architectural practices, with interiors by London-based luxury firm 1508 London. Moss Construction is serving as general contractor, and construction has been advancing at approximately one floor every several working days.

The tower yields 397 condominium residences ranging from one to four bedrooms, with unit prices starting from $1.8 million. At the upper levels, the Canaletto Collection, a limited tier of ultra-luxury homes occupying the building’s highest elevations, is priced from $4.1 million. The project’s hospitality layer is provided by Cipriani, the Italian-origin luxury dining and lifestyle brand, which will deliver resident-exclusive restaurant access, private dining, in-home dining services and concierge programming across the building. Completion is anticipated in 2027, with sales and marketing handled exclusively by Fortune Development Sales.
