The implementation of the Sea La Vie project at Yas Bay has officially begun in Abu Dhabi. Leading developer, Nine Yards Real Estate Development, broke ground on the $544 million project. The firm is a joint venture (JV) between Al Nahda International Holding and Ethmar International.

The groundbreaking ceremony was held in the presence of senior officials from Nine Yards, alongside the executive management.

Sea La Vie project site is within one of the region’s most prestigious addresses at Yas Island. This location offers plenty of public transport stops. These include bus stations such as Yas Drive/Yas Hotels, Yas Drive/Hotel Plaza and Yas Drive/Marina Circuit.

Project features and amenities

In total, the Sea La Vie project spans an area of over 30,000 square meters. It will feature high-tech design with contemporary architecture and make use of sustainable materials. Additionally, it will include 668 luxury home options that feature one to four-bedroom apartments. There will also be townhouses, lofts, penthouses and duplexes.

One-bedroom apartments will cost a minimum of USD 354K (AED 1.3M). Meanwhile, the price for townhouses will start from USD 1.5M (AED 5.6M).

The focal point of the upcoming Sea La Vie will include a large swimmable lagoon. In addition to an array of house retail facilities and lifestyle amenities such as a community lawn, padel court as well as a private terrace. Additionally, the development will include dry and wet play areas, a juice bar as well as a piazza.

Sea La Vie at Yas Bay to contribute towards the UAE’s long-term development

While commenting on the project, the Head of Development and Project Engineer Hassan Shimy, said that the project strives to provide residences within the highly sought-after location.

Furthermore, he said the project will contribute towards the UAE’s long-term development as a diversified, sustainable, and globally integrated economy.
