MIS has inked a new deal with HUMAIN to expand the AI-driven data center capacity from 50 megawatts to 250 megawatts. The contract value is more than SAR 2.33 billion (USD 638.21 billion), which is 689 percent of Al Moammar Information Systems Company (MIS) total revenue for 2025 of SAR 1.27 billion (USD 338.21 billion). The substantial growth is indicative of the increasing demand for AI computing infrastructure in the Middle East region.
The engineering, procurement and construction activities will be carried out under work orders issued by HUMAIN in accordance with the terms of the agreement. This is a significantly larger contract than the one MIS had in March 2025, which was valued at over 155 percent of the 2024 revenue. Thus, the HUMAIN AI data center project is a game-changer for the Saudi technology services company. Major data center projects are springing up all across Asia such as Asia’s largest data center project by Google in India. Google is to invest $6 billion to develop a 1-gigawatt data center in India and its related power infrastructure. This will be in the state of Andhra Pradesh as Alphabet’s first batch of such investment in India.
