Snyder Building Construction has announced the completion of the 9,207 square foot tenant build-out of the newest Credit Union of Colorado facility in Broomfield, Colorado. The project included converting an existing bank to the Credit Union of Colorado brand through a core and shell tenant build-out. Extensive millwork, designed by Architect Galloway and Company, was an aesthetic focal point of the building. To suit the open plan, Snyder Building Construction removed and rebuilt walls. The bank’s centerpiece wall is coated in large-scale, floor-to-ceiling millwork.

To match the brand colors, the Snyder team painstakingly stained the woodwork, which extended up to the soffits. The teller desk and cash register also had beautiful millwork with a stone veneer finish. The use of wood and stone finishes successfully brings the outdoors in, resulting in a pleasant and open setting. The new bank facility was designed to provide an open branch idea by removing physical barriers between the drive-thru and the teller. The branch is equipped with self-service kiosks and easy-to-use virtual teller machines for the convenience and flexibility of its customers.

“The Credit Union of Colorado chooses contractors based on the greatest value.” Snyder Building Group demonstrated their exceptional workmanship, prompt completion of the job, and sensitivity of our financial constraints. “We are excited to collaborate with them on a number of upcoming initiatives in our pipeline,” said Darin Rose of Credit Union of Colorado. “The Credit Union of Colorado’s new location in Broomfield reflects our community’s increasing membership base.” Many of our members like the ease of use of our digital banking services, which include access to thousands of surcharge-free ATMs. “However, there is no substitute for face-to-face banking, which allows us to establish strong, trustworthy connections with our members,” says Josh Houde, regional branch manager at Credit Union of Colorado.
