Emaar Properties, an Emirati multinational real estate development company based in the United Arab Emirates has set to launch its development dubbed Palace Beach Resort in Fujairah, during the second quarter of the year.
The development, which is the second beach project for the Emirati developer, also known as Emaar Developments, is set to include suites by the beachfront as well as feature 167 rooms, designed with arabesque patterns as well as contemporary architecture. According to Emaar, the design of the rooms, as well as the suites, are to serve as a testament to the city’s choice to embrace the future while still staying true to its heritage.

Located on a prime piece of coastline land on the Gulf of Oman, known for its vibrant sea life, serene environment that is mountainous, and not forgetting, of course, its beautiful sandy beaches, the Palace Beach Resort in Fujairah will also include a spa and kid’s club to accommodate families traveling with their loved ones.

The Palace Beach Resort in Fujairah will be managed by Emaar Hospitality Group, the hospitability, and leisure business of Emaar Properties that is also managing the Address Hotels and Resorts.
According to the head of hospitality at Emaar Hospitality Group, Mark Kirby the company was setting its sight on the leading destinations that are located in the UAE. Kirby said that the resort would mark its second opening in Fujairah adding that the project was an important milestone in the journey of the company which plans to expand its luxury portfolio so as to be able to cater to the growing needs and demands of both residents and international visitors of the UAE.
