St Modwen awards Glencar a double deal of two new contracts at the sites in Exeter and Chippenham. At St Modwen’s Skypark Development in Exeter, Glencar will develop a 196,000 sq ft structure to suit manufacturing provision for Stovax which is the largest stove and fireplace producer in the United Kingdom. Furthermore, Glencar will undertake Cat A and Cat B fit outs and with associated external works.

At St Modwen Park site in Chippenham Glencar are required to construct a single unit of 89,000 sq ft for the industrial distribution and storage facility, containing integral offices, associated external works for the online furniture specialist Furniture box and internal plant deck. St Modwen awards Glencar both projects with plans to commence soon and completing during Q2 2021.

An inaugural double project.
