Una Residences nearly completely sold with construction ongoing, Miami

A reported 85% of the units at the Una Residences in Miami, the yacht-inspired project, have been sold. The 579-foot building under the developers, Brickell, is still undergoing construction after they began early last year. The 47-story tower is expected to be completed in 2023 and has been designed by Gordon Gill and Adrian Smith Architecture. Una Residences will comprise 135 condominiums with unobstructed views of the Biscayne Bay, Atlantic Ocean, and the Miami city skyline. Situated on the edge of Biscayne Bay within the private South Brickell neighborhood at 174 SE 25th Road, the residences measure between 1,100 and 4,786 square feet and range from two to five bedrooms. The building includes large terraces, spacious layouts, and private elevators for all units.

“Una’s subtly undulating surface and strong silhouette stand proud at the water’s edge. We drew inspiration from the elegant shape and opulent materials used in classic yacht design – particularly the beautifully lacquered wood, exposed materials, and stainless-steel connections found on the Italian-made yacht, the Riva. Carefully crafted and detailed and meticulously designed, it is elegant and relaxing. Its primary goal is to relate well and add to the beauty of Miami and the wonderful lifestyle this City is so well known for,” said the Design Partner, Adrian Smith FAIA.
