Amazon Capital Diamond Tower is a Mixed-Use Project that is set for development in New Administrative Capital (NAC), which is a large-scale project of a new capital city in Egypt that has been under construction since 2015.
To be precise, the Amazon Capital Diamond Tower will be constructed in the Central Business District, on the North Ben Zayed Axis, directly opposite the Iconic Tower, which is currently the tallest building in the entire African continent at a height of 385.8 meters.
Occupying an area of about 5 acres Amazon Capital Diamond Tower will be constructed to a height of 200 meters and it will be twisted, making it the second tallest building in the NAC, and the first and largest twisted tower in Africa.

It will consist of a total of 79 floors, including approximately 5 underground floors and a ground floor. The underground floors will be used to facilitate parking and prevent congestion, while the ground to the third floors will be allocated for commercial units with a built-up area starting from 30 sqm.
The administrative units with a minimum built-up area of 50 sqm, and hotel units, start from the fourth floor to the top of the tower. Noteworthy, the hotel units are the fewest, and all units including the commercial and administrative units, are to be delivered with super luxe finishing.
The project is developed by Amazon Real Estate, a premier realty based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
