Amhara Credit & Savings Institution (ACSI) Headquarters is a 36 story mixed-use building, consisting of 4 basement levels a ground floor, a Mezzanine, and 25 floors, which is being constructed in Geja Sefer, Addis Ababa the capital city of Ethiopia.

The project which broke grounds back in 2016, has a gross area of 62,000 m².

The project is developed by Amhara Credit and Savings Institution (ACSI), a microfinance institution that currently operates primarily in the Amhara region and it is designed ETG (Excellence, Tenacity, and Grit), one of the leading architectural firms in Ethiopia with over 22 years of experience.

China Wu YI Co Limited, a construction, and engineering company that carries out international projects as the overseas arm of the Fujian Construction Engineering Group Company is the project’s main contractor and structural engineer.

Ethiopian Construction Design and Supervision Works Corporation (ECDSWCo.) a fully integrated engineering consulting firm giving consultancy services with six business units in areas of water and energy, building and urban, transport, geotechnics, and underground works, is the project manager.
