Fontainebleau Las Vegas retail space to offer seamless guest experience and generate unparalleled exposure and foot traffic for retailer

“The resort’s sleek, refined, and exquisite architectural design and other features have been carefully chosen to match our brand’s DNA. Moreover, window shopping and billboarding take on a whole new meaning. This is because we have integrated various programmatic aspects throughout Fontainebleau Las Vegas as opposed to keeping them distinct.

Our retail partners will, therefore, grab more business naturally while keeping guests linked to the overall experience.  Because of the distinctive vertical layout of the building, we have a lot of creative freedom “says Brett Mufson, president of Fontainebleau Development.

Furthermore, Mufson explained that the developer is merging other components of the Fontainebleau brand into the space. This would allow for a seamless guest experience and generate unparalleled exposure and foot traffic for their retail partners.

Fontainebleau Development develops, builds, and operates top hotel, commercial, retail, and luxury projects. After nearly 70 years since the company’s foundation, Fontainebleau Development is embracing the property’s distinctive integrated architecture.

They plan to create a shopping area as momentum grows toward its opening in the winter of 2023.
