Las Vegas Blvd. next to the lauded Las Vegas Convention Center. The 67-storey development is set for completion in the fourth quarter of 2023.
It will have 35 “premium shop concepts” spread across 90,000 square feet over two levels. In addition, the property will also have dining options, a casino that spans 173,000 square feet, and other amenities. Moreover, it will have about 3,700 distinctively designed hotel rooms and more than 550,000 square feet of convention space.
