Idaho Village Apartments project is set to benefit from a US$68 million construction loan that has been provided by PCCP to Rockworth Companies and Gasser Family. As a result, the construction of the 336-unit apartment complex is set to begin in the second half of 2022.

Set for completion in the fall of 2024 the garden-style community, which is situated on 11.4 acres, will feature six, four-story residential buildings. Idaho Village Apartments’ one, two, and three-bedroom floorplans will all have stainless steel appliances, tiled bathrooms, and vinyl plank floors in the living spaces. The units will also have solid surface worktops, and in-unit washers and dryers. The average size of the units is 846 square feet.

The building will have enclosed corridors and elevator service, as well as a central clubhouse with a leasing office. It will also have a variety of amenities such as a pool, spa, and fitness center. Moreover, it will have a lounge, community kitchen, game room, pickleball court, playground, and bike repair area.

Noteworthy, there are also more than 500 different retail establishments within a three-mile radius of Idaho Village Apartments. An example is the Meridian shopping mall which is regarded as some of the most upmarket retail in the metro area. According to Alexandra Schultz, a vice president at PCCP, the City of Meridian has been a desired residential region with highly ranked schools, a favorable amenity base, and access to both the commercial centers of Boise and Nampa.

In Meridian, Idaho, at 2600 N Eagle Road, the project will be situated. Meridian, the second-largest city in Idaho, is located nine miles to the west of downtown Boise and is a component of the Boise MSA. It can be reached there in 18 minutes by car.
