Orange Côte d’Ivoire (CI) Headquarters is a 7-storey building with a total of 15,000 square meters of floor space that is being constructed in Abidjan, the capital city of the Ivory Coast.

Developed by Orange Côte d’Ivoire, a subsidiary of the French group Orange and the largest mobile carrier operating in the West African country at a cost of approximately US$ 50.4M, the new headquarters whose foundation stone was laid in November 2017 on the sidelines of the visit to the Ivorian economic capital, Abidjan, of Stéphane Richard, the CEO of the Orange group, will replace the one that is rather modestly enthroned on the boulevard Giscard d’Estaing.

The design of this new building was entrusted to Koffi and Diabaté Architects, a great mark of confidence in Ivorian know-how that is in keeping with the dynamism of this new Côte d’Ivoire on the move.

Orange Côte d’Ivoire also involved AxeoBIM, a collaborative BIM platform or common data environment that fosters collaboration
between actors from design to As-built.
